Apartments in Rogoznica – Building D
- The building has been designed as a residential one in a half-opened mode of construction – has three floors in height: ground + 2 floors.
- Pedestrian access to the parcel is the access road on the north side of it. Vehicle access is also on the north side.
- The basement area contains a auxiliary space, auxiliary space in which a water tank is placed and which also has a garage with parking spaces for the apartments from residential floors.
- The project design includes 4 apartments on each floor, two of which are 2-bedroom apartments, one is a 3-bedroom apartment and one a 1-bedroom apartment.

- The loggia enclosing rails are solid-full with a minimum height of 100 cm, and all will be integrated with local architectural designs.
- All apartments are air conditioned.
- Internal carpentry is standard as is the external one, so it easily integrates with the surroundings in harmony with the local architecture and landscaping.
- Water supply, electrical and sewage installations have been done.
- Electricity and phone lines have been hooked up to the city network, the water to the water supply system and the water tank, sewage to the impermeable collecting pit located under the building.
