The building has been designed as a residential one in a half-opened mode of construction –has three floors in height: ground + 2 floors.
Pedestrian access to the parcel is the access road on the north side of it. Vehicle access is on the east side.
The basement contains a garage with parking spaces for all apartments, an auxiliary space (water tank) and space between the garage and the staircase.
