The building has been designed as a residential one in a half-opened mode of construction – has three floors in height: ground + 2 floors.
Pedestrian access to the parcel is the access road on the south-west side of it. Vehicle access is also on the south-west side.
The basement contains two smaller auxiliary spaces and parking spaces for apartments on residential floors.
The project design includes three 2-bedroom apartments on each floor. The ground floor also contains three 2-bedroom apartments.
All apartments have a fore-space, toilet by the entrance, kitchen and living room with a dining area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a loggia (balcony).
