Reconstruction of an old stone house according to the requirements of the Ministry of Culture, Conservatory office in Split.
Current faze: Title cleaning, obtaining of necessary permits.
Office premises reconstruction – Split
Managing of reconstruction process in the office premises of old secession building located on boulevard in Split. In these premises has be installed high-end equipment according to latest architectural standards for this type of premises.
Villa Marjan – Split
Reconstruction of a secession stone villa located in an exclusive area of Split, the villa is under protection of the Ministry of Culture.
Current faze: All permits are obtained (Permit from conservatory office, location permit, construction permit), architect prepared the Idea project and Main project. The Working project is in preparation.
Exclusive apartment in the center of Split
Reconstruction of the apartment from the Romanic period (IX. – XIV. century), located inside the Antique palace of roman emperor Diocletian.
Because of its historical value, the apartment is protected by the Ministry of Culture. The apartment is ready for renovation.
Current faze: All permits are obtained (Permit from conservatory office, construction permit), the architect prepared the Working project, ready for renovation.
